The Town of Owasco Climate Smart Communities Task Force and HeatSmart CNY are working together to educate local homeowners and businesses about new developments in heating and cooling technologies, and available grants and rebates for insulation and heat pumps for all income levels. Together we can make our homes and buildings more comfortable, cost-effective, and better for the climate!

HeatSmart CNY Campaign Director Lindsay Speer will share a presentation, followed by a Q & A segment and the opportunity to chat one-on-one with expert installers.
